Improve vision through massage
This is a wonderful massage technique to improve vision naturally. It was developed by a colleague of mine, Julian Scott, who specialises in the treatment of children. He developed this for short-sightedness (based originally on the bates method), but it has been found to benefit a wide range of eye issues in all ages. Primarily because the massage brings energy to the eyes to heal them. I recommend these exercises regularly.

Qi Gong for the chest
A simple description of some Qi Gong exercises to benefit the chest. These are particularly useful for children with asthma. But also very good for adults especially at the moment when we are trying to do all we can to strengthen our lungs to protect ourselves from Covid-19.

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea
A wonderfully refreshing morning drink. Anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, improves digestion & rich in vitamin C. It gives you you a boost of antioxidants, boosts the immune system, freshens your breath and benefits your skin. A great way to start the day.

Life-saving bread
This is a really healthy, easy to make loaf that is delicious, high in protein, naturally gluten-free, nutty-tasting and can be toasted, I make it every week! It is yummy! Very filling and ticks all the satisfaction boxes.
