The aim of a bespoke healing programme is to inspire your body to heal itself by examining together and utilising the different Oriental medicine modalities to help you make significant changes to your health. This involves creating a custom herbal prescription based on ancient traditional formula, exploring diet, lifestyle, meditation, exercise, & possibly utilising moxibustion, cupping, massage or acupuncture techniques specific to your unique health pattern. All to support and generate a holistic healing that lasts.

Initial Consultation (90mn)
In our initial consultation, I will assess your symptoms and answers to the Health History Questionnaire in order to advise you on the next steps.

Follow-Up Consultation (60mn)
Follow-up consultations are good to carry out every month in order to assess your progress and make adaptations to your prescribed herbs and lifestyle.
Treatments are covered by all major medical insurance providers in the Republic of Ireland. Please check your individual policy with your insurance provider.
